哎呀。。好不容易維持住
今天被迫吃麵食 爆量的麵食
中餐 蒸餃/排骨麵/法國麵包
早餐 豆漿/皮蛋/燒肉煎蛋。。
晚餐要節制一點了
149.9 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
