昨天吃滿滿的蛋白質果然有效
而且省錢又很飽
豆腐+肉真是首選👍

今天也是早午餐一起吃
肉+菜+鴨血+雞塊+起士
吃保健食品配水配到飽
中午已經吃不下了
晚餐等餓再吃已經6點多了
豐盛的晚餐有照片
+芭樂+ 試吃的巧克力😊
149.9 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
