Gained a pound in one day, WT*. Time to worship the Supplements.....Haha 🥵😢. Either too much food or too much (extra) time.

It’s “sweat” time to kill those Excessive Cals from yesterday!!

Conditioning & Strength Day:
:20 secs on :10secs Rest (5 Rounds)
• Push Ups
• DB Renegade
• DB Curl & Press

Finish with Strength:
• BB Chest Press - 40%, 50%, 60% level 5x each
• Deadlift, same as above

I thru in a little Assault Bike-20 minutes (felt guilty from yesterday)

Burned 650 Cals!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
