Finally! Been tracking every single bite and drinking my water :)
177.9 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Beth! Now to keep it going. Seems like my pattern has been to lose a few, stall a few days then lose again. I just need to recognize that and not get discouraged at the slow pace. I still am not sure how to navigate on this site. Hopefully I'll figure it out and begin to participate more.
