I am loving Weight Watchers now! I'm surprised that it's been so difficult for me in the past. I went shopping and found a lot of foods and snacks that are low in points, and purchased a lot of zero point foods as well. Now I write down foods as I go and total the points for a meal BEFORE I eat it so that I can make adjustments when I am preparing the meal if I don't have (or want to use) the points it originally required. Also, I'm saving up my Flex points for the weekend so that I don't have spend my whole weekend playing "points accountant" and I know that as long as I eat reasonably most of the day, there's room there for the treats that I want to eat.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
