Well I quit smoking again in January and I am not looking back now! I am sick of being sore and over weight and I am making some life changes that I don't want to go back on. Going to get fit and this week I've been sticking to walking and biking each day, alternating. I am eating healthy and watching my intake more. I'm getting skinny this year and for all the rest of my years. I've put on some weight but as usual its most likely muscle. l'm doing this.
211.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
