So, jetzt einfach jeden Tag weiter in 200-300 gr Schritten abwärts, dann hätte ich in zwei Wochen mein Ziel erreicht! 😅😜
158.5 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
