I am on Day 3 of Level II on the 30 Day Shred. I know this is going to take time, but I'm frustrated that the scale just won't budge. I'm down to 20 bmi, and I see lots of definition, but I weigh the same. Something dramatic better happen soon...
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 150.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
