After a week on the cruise, I thought I will be at least 5kg heavier... Well I geuss I kept up. So from today no more naughty cheats. And back to the gym. I initially started with this lifestyle because of the cruise... But now I have another goal in mind. 1. GETTING FIT 2.GETTING TO FIT IN A NORMAL COSTUME BY DECEMBER
220.5 lb Lost so far: 55.1 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
