I'm angry at myself. I lost 95 pounds several years ago and was down to 130 pounds. Then I regained 85. I've lost almost 20 since last summer, but need more motivation. Before I lost 95 pounds in 1-1/2 years. Twenty pounds a year isn't acceptable. I want to lose 1-2 pounds weekly so that I can be at least 50 pounds lighter one year from now.

I don't want to wind up like my husband or my friends who have diabetes. One of my best friends just started dialysis. Also, I want to help my children lose weight. Two out of five are quite overweight.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
