Medici's Journal, 27 June 2008

I guess my weigh loss will be very very slow because I am not SEVERELY limiting my caloric intake and I don't exercise regularly. But I am eating quite healthily and no longer weigh what I did when I started which wasn't that long again anyway. I really need to cut back more on the alcohol. I drink at least once per week, usually twice. Today, I plan on going to lunch with a coworker to a pizza restaurant that he wants to try. I'm making sure to eating a hearty serving of oatmeal and yogurt right now so I'm not famished at lunch. Hopefully, this will prevent from overeating at lunch. It's really easy for me to overeat if the pizza is good.
121.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you'll do great at lunch. Our work group went out for pizza yesterday. I ordered a small (personal pan) veggie pizza w/thin crust. Worked out pretty well because it keep me from munching on the other pizzas

My side of the pizza was all veggies (and cheese, of course). I should have stopped after two slices but the server was slow at bringing us to go boxes so I greedily ate half of another slice. Anyway, the pizza was excellent and made me happy. LOL. I'm still not exercising enough. Even lab mice are smart enough to get on their wheels on a regular basis. Guilt Guilt Guilt

Don't worry, it happens. At least you're not down about it or stressing over it. You're still getting in some excersise which is always awesome. Hang in there.

That pizza made me happy! I felt giddy walking out of the pizzeria. hahahhaha. And looking at my food diary now that I'm done eating for the day, I see that I didn't overdo things. I'll probably get stricter on myself soon as far as the amount of calories I allow myself daily. Tomorrow I have to at least do 30 minutes of moderate cardio.
