Need to tweet my WW points. I usually use up all my weekly points on the weekend. Think I will try not using them this week. Plus will start walking every day and see if next week loss is better. This is way too slow.....
179.1 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I always overdo on the weekend after weigh in - even though I know it will slow down my results. Please don't be too dejected though, any loss is a loss. Try adding more water and track everything. It helped me last week after weeks of .4 losses and gains.

Thanks Beth! Adding more water is something I need to start doing as I know I don't do that enough. Anxious for weigh in Friday to see if it helps! Have a great week!
