I hate how I am losing the weight, glad I am losing it, just not glad with the way it is happening. Its coming off more or less because of stress... I tend to eat very very little when stressed. I am hoping though that when all this is over (cause of stress) whatever weight I am down to I can maintain but in a healthy way, can't wait to get home to my elliptical either :)
