I gained 10 pounds over the holidays....my weight bounced around all of January, February & March between 139 and 146 pounds. I started working out too and so unsure how much muscle I've been building. I haven't been as strict with my keto diet. Been having some digestive issues and so now I've been mostly on Keto for almost 3 weeks and I'm almost at my goal weight!! Like 1-3 pounds will be perfect - except, depending on how much muscle I put on I'm willing to reset my goal weight up to 139= all depends on how much muscle I build up.
