Although I went slightly over my goal calories yesterday and ate/drank terribly on Sunday, I lost 3.5 pounds! Yey! I'm definetly happy with that.
Let's hope that continues. Starting back exercising tomorrow.
139.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
