I am sick. Chest infection that makes going to the gym a bad idea. Trying IF. Today, I started a 24hr fast at 13:00, and will have mostly water with maybe a little juice. And, let's be honest, coffee. I need at least one more cup before I can summon the motivation to clean the house before my mother-in-law gets here tomorrow. Must get rid of this nasty fat that just hangs around. And get rid of this cold, too!
