I just realized it's been almost a year since I started my new way of eating. Time flies! The pounds are still coming off, a bit at a time. Perhaps my Dr. wasn't kidding when she suggested it might take 2 years to get to my goal. Oh, well...I'm still a lot better off than I was this time last year.
