I gained 1 pound - most likely as a result of my giving into a few temptations over the weekend, and not exercising the last few day. I ate good yesterday and bought a heart monitor and Hoodia. I plan to exercise now, with my heart rate in the fat burning target zone, and the Hoodia seems to have suppressed my appetite. For those of you who haven't heard of Hoodia (I hadn't until a few days ago), it is an appetite suppressant. The warning label cautions you to remember to eat every day... Has anyone else tried Hoodia?
