I gained 1 pound - most likely as a result of my giving into a few temptations over the weekend, and not exercising the last few day. I ate good yesterday and bought a heart monitor and Hoodia. I plan to exercise now, with my heart rate in the fat burning target zone, and the Hoodia seems to have suppressed my appetite. For those of you who haven't heard of Hoodia (I hadn't until a few days ago), it is an appetite suppressant. The warning label cautions you to remember to eat every day... Has anyone else tried Hoodia?
184.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I just purchased a Green Tea/Hoodia capsule that espouses appetite suppressing and metabolism enhancements. Just started taking it yesterday, so I don't know if it works. Didn't do much to suppress the appetite yesterday. Hope it gets better! I get depressed because I have so much weight to lose -- over 60 lbs! Sounds like most everyone else on this site just has 10 lbs or so to lose! I wish that were all I had to do! Good luck! Hope the hoodia works for you!

Best of luck to you sometimes a change is as good as a rest! The hoodia may help thanks for your comments you forget about muscle mass adding to the pounds!
