I need a restart really badly..... after I started my new job (about 5 weeks ago) i've been terrible at keeping up the exercising thing... time to get back into shape!!!!

just remember this is a journey... albeit a frustrating one at times. You've done an amazing job with your program and the job you have now is a LOT. Give yourself some room to relax and don't be hard on yourself becasue you're not getting to the gym as much as you'd like. If you want to join Prime Time, let me know as Papi thought you would like it (and they do have a pool!)
