開心。。終於降了 今天公休放鬆一下,來兩杯先奶茶 半對半還有杏仁奶😊 下午去醫院看兩位高齡阿祖 都住院目前無大礙安全 晚上吃小份“佛跳牆”有兩塊大芋頭 忘了吃果粉 有運動深蹲20 核心100 腳開核合50 夾屁股100 一樣大腿內側酸 肚子一直不酸😆
