This week was a bit of a flop for me. The weekend was filled with temptations...which I indulged in more than I should have. And, not to mention last night, I attended a birthday party and was doing very well and had even watched myself during the day to have a nice points cushion. However, it all few out the window when the Cheesecake Factory Carrot Cake came out.
So here's to a new week! I've decided to set reasonble goals for myself. I think that will be the only way that I'll be able to get ahold of the weight loss that I'm trying to achieve AND maintain.
For this coming week: -log my meals and snacks -pack my lunch -when attending a baptism this weekend (ack!)try to make the best food choices. If I indulge, try to make it just a "sample" and not gorge myself with it.
