Once summer hit my appetite went through the roof. I have been struggling to not eat past 8:00pm and losing the battle. I did however wake up early and went for a jog on the treadmill. I guess the best place to start is at the beginning.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
