I ate so much yesterday (every hour on the hour I ate)..was supposed to have 1000 cal, but I just couldnt get more than 820 in . Today, Ill probably repeat the same. Tomorrow will be a 1200 cal day, because Im not working in the evening..and I want to be prepared for evening munchies. At least when I work 6-10p, I bring nothing to eat, so I dont eat. I do try hard not to eat after 6pm, because I can pack some major calories in if I start snacking then.
128.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sometimes for me, not eating after 6pm proves difficult!! If you cannot make the stretch for some reason, drink a cup of coffee!! or hot tea...if caffeine keeps you up. It's a great appitizer killer! I use it as a fall-back all the time! (I know, cheesy and cheap advice that you DON'T need!) LOL

I have heard frying a twinkie is to die for! I will never bring myself to do it though :) YES Caffeine is awesome for killing the appetite! I used to put heavy cream, splenda, and cinnamon in my coffee..but now I cant have the heavy cream; I can think of other ways to take in those calories! So I drink 3/4 coffee and 1/4 water. I havent found a davinci syrup that isnt too sweet for the coffee...any suggestions?
