I did my norm but added arms today

ARMS

20+15+10+5=50 @ 20lbs
7x4=28

I was really hoping to be 165 starting out the week but that didn’t happen. 166 🙄
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
