Ate a big meal Sat and Sun ... Toby Kieth's and A fried chicken meal at party --- did not go overboard and cause weight gain but did not lose any either.... back to the grind this week!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
