super frustrated...dinner wasnt big. maybe calm down on the workouts? not sure what is going on. weighed after emptying. maybe less food? less workouts? sucks right now. need to get down to at least 130 by end of July!

Your scale shows the weeks prior actions, not the day before, so stay on track and hold fast. I find that just before a big loss I hold water--could be true for you. Are your clothes fitting differently? That can be a better indicator than the scale--which will catch up.
