Hve been gaining and loosing the same 4 lbs here the last couple of weeks. Measurements aren't moving much. Though wife says I look skinny (remember it is all relative). Would like to say goodbye to the 290's and jump down to the next level.

290.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
