This past weekend was hard with the drop in temp. Heater wouldn't light waiting for Friday when the gas company will come and light it. Gave into some depression and did not eat that smart. Went out yesterday to get those free Veteran meals and reasonably. I was going to enter everything this morning and let it get away from me even todays entries. Will try to get back on track tomorrow not a holiday so things should get back to normal.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
