This is really discouraging and the reason I came to this site. Whenever I exercise I actually GAIN weight. Based on the last couple of weeks work, I should have at least lost 3 pounds. I'm still not there with my diet, but my calorie count is on the skimpy side, even though I'm not really hungry. Perimenopause sucks.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 150.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
