So I am not mad, three pounds during my birthday week. Several nights of drinking (heavily, not proud of that but it is what happened), cake and appetizers at my party. I was able to eat one full slice of cake and that was it. I also made adjustments to my favorite party snacks, spinach and beer dip, by replacing full fat ingredients with fat free or reduced fat ones. I have not felt hungry and I think having my weekly menu on the fridge is working well. I was down many more pounds earlier this week and know I did not eat enough to gain back weight so the water must be hiding somewhere. Here is to week two!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
