Exercise: 40 mins cardio

Breakfast : 5.3 oz Greek yogurt mixed with fruit
3 tablespoons raw oats

Snack: 1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup raisins

Lunch: tomato soup with mushrooms and spinach
3 teaspoons ricotta cheese

Snack: 1/2 cup almonds

dinner: 1 green smoothie w/spinach, egg whites, 2 bananas, orange juice, 1/4 cup flax seeds

1 cup steamed chicken breast
1 cup baby carrots

after dinner: 1 8 oz cup chamomille & jasmine tea
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
