I have been so tired this week. I couldn't make it to the gym but then I couldn't sleep either. I'm so frustrated. I'm so tired but I can't sleep if I don't exercise. UG!! I need to just suck it up and go to the gym and ware myself out enough so I can sleep. Usually only 30 minutes does it for me but I go for about an hour and a half so I sleep really well. Plus I like the feeling of being sore the next day so I know I did something the day before.
