Yesterday was a great day. I cannot believe how MUCH I ate (even snuck in a small ice cream cone after looking up the nutrition info on my phone so I knew it wasn't a huge day-breaker) and I didn't even eat 100% of my RDI. I feel great, despite the fact that I'm not sleeping well. I am a bit dehydrated, though...didn't do a good job on water consumption yesterday but will do better today. Tonight I'm going to MAKE myself go to bed at 11 p.m. no matter how much I want to do "just one more thing" around the house after the kids go to bed.
