Well I have to wait 2 months to see what they can do for my daughter’s spinal tumor. These past weeks have run me crazy already. So I decided last night I was going to focus on my continued weight loss since I can control that.

179.9 lb Lost so far: 98.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
