The last week and half, I binged a lot. I was sick then really tired so I started to eat what ever I found. Now I am at the same point as I as 4 weeks ago. A new start again...
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
