This week proves to me that I really need to do the Ultrametabolism plan for the next few weeks to try and figure out if there are any food allergies or weird reactions. After the illness and lack of any progress I had a terrible week foodwise - KFC twice, tacos from fast food place, mocha from Tim Hortons, lots of crap. And I lost a pound. Not from exercise either, I've done some but not anything that should have counteracted KFC!!!
So right now I'm sitting here drinking a smoothie that tastes like lawn (stupid me didn't get the flavorless kind of supplement powder) and have a pile of something vaguely resembling oatmeal in the fridge, but I'm being positive and hoping that it is worth it!!
Oh, and I was very supportive of Steve when he stuck his foot in his mouth a little this morning, he felt very bad!
Breakfast: Strawberry Kiwi smoothie with soy milk and Whole food supplement (aka: lawn as it tastes like grass and dirt :D) Snack: Orange and Cashews Lunch: Quinoa with peaches and cinnamon and soy milk Snack: Apple with Almond/Cashew butter and unsweetened coconut. Beverage: Tea YUCK EWWWW GROSS..... ok I'm done.
