I'm going to try to be consistent and stick with this fitness plan. I went out last night and was so impressed with the way everyone that I grew up with, managed to keep their weight down, and stay in the gym. I'm determined to get to my goal weight of 175.00 pds
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
