Had the medical procedure last week and had to fast for two days. I was ravenous after that and we had Halloween and my office is inundated with candy---I am eating way more sugar than I should, but it is so hard to resist the chocolate and sweets. Thanks to my lack of will power I have gained 8lbs!!
