Day 10 of my 30 Day Shred challenge complete. Tomorrow I start Level II. Yesterday we did a three hour hike, fairly moderate, but really a nice trail. I didn't eat enough today, but I'm afraid I'll make up for it tonight...
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
