Back from Cali vacation. I did put on a few pounds but no surprise there with all the eating out that we did and I did end up having wine on Saturday night and a cookie on Sunday. Today is the official start of my new plan so let's see what happens. So far, I went to Qi Gong class this am, had my fruit for breakfast afterwards and finished having a big salad with hummus and a small veggie sushi roll on the side. My husband made a veggie marinara for tonight's dinner. Looking forward to seeing a down turn on the scale tomorrow.
