Man! This sucks!
I was so happy to have lost yesterday too and I go and blow it with a pig-out! Nice....I need my motivation back again. I need a focus point.
I was always very fit when I worked for the newspaper because I could work out whenever I wanted to. Now, I HAVE to work out before or after work. I don't have a choice! I need to be more cautious of what I am putting into my mouth too and really pay attention to my food journal.
The food journal never lies....
