Hello again, I find myself heavier than I have been in a long time and not liking it. I have however developed a few bad habits, like drinking copious amounts of soda and eating upwards of 3,000 calories! I know I have been although I have not been recording it, I can feel it. This is concerning to me and I will change it. Like the fist time I starting this journey, it will not be easy but it will be worth it. I am dealing with a severely sprained ankle and have also had to slow down my training. Time to fix this and reach another goal; 220 by the end of the year. That is just over 1 pound per week until December 31. I can do this and I will.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
