Sometimes I really hate the scale. But I know I'm doing well, it can't get me down.
For as long as I remember, I have weighed more than most men. I don't like that. So last night I went to a patio happy hour (sorry east coast buddies), and I ordered a glass of wine before I even thought about it! I drank it but had water the rest of the evening. It was a Meetup group, which means there were lots of people I don't know there. Sitting at the table with us was a normal size man and we were all talking about how much you can drink and still safely drive. The man said, "But I can get away with 4 to your 2. I asked why, and he said, "because of our size difference." OMG, he has no idea how happy that made me.
