I'm feeling good, although I'm hungry alot, I'm sure if I took the time to research the lower calorie snack that would help alot, but right now counting the calories is GREAT for me! It has really helped with the portions!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
