Being that this is my “upswing” that I always get after doing fasted cardio the day before, I’ll take that. Normally it’s up 2-4 lbs, but I controlled my food really well. I’m only 5 lbs from my 2nd weight loss goal, and so excited about all this progress this year!
222.7 lb Lost so far: 57.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
