246.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seemed to have plateaued alittle here. Almost half way to my FIRST goal. Need to just get out and do more.

I've been playing around with the same 3 pounds on and off the past month! I've finally scheduled a visit to my nutritionist for Friday to help me figure out what works for ME. There are so many plans out there--it's frustrating! Good luck!!!
