the scales at the gym of course are wonderful and don't show me anywhere near the ones that I have at home or at work, or the same as the doctors office for that matter but oh well it shows I lost 2 lbs and the body fat is down to 34 also showing the 2 lbs lost was body fat. Yeah , too bad the food and wine expo is in town this weekend as that should blow this.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
