Cycled to the gym & had a great cardio workout, then cycled to another town to do some shopping before starting the upward few miles back in the cold.
Happy a great surprise at weigh-in by losing over 2kg (4.4lb+). With me drinking my cals last week with squash & cup a soup it was looking up to yesterday that I hadn't lost anything & in fact it was touch 'n' go whether or not if I'd put on a wee bit.
A tap on the back is on the cards for next week when I smash through & under 15 stones.
