So frustrated!!!! I’ve been calorie counting and cut out all sweets! I think I over did it on the fruit yesterday! Back to trying fasting technique.
115.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
