omg. this weight went on so fast and im stuck at this 176 thing. the bread and butter is what set off this weight gain i think. but in any case if i go up 2 lbs i must do a steak day or 2 and get that weightoff!......!!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
